approach:

Plan and execute a world event for 30 journalists from 12 countries, providing a mixture of fun and testing including the unveiling of the vehicle presented, dynamic tests, a presentation and an entertainment show.

outcome:

The event effectively showcased the ATV’s highlights, competitive advantages and versatility concept while delivering a highly engaging and immersive experience for attendees.

  • Proposed and secured a suitable estate that included lodging, private trails and a fully configurable area for the dynamic test.
  • Secured venues, arranged catering, and managed accommodation and ground transportation including a drifting racetrack show and a wine tasting workshop while maintaining budget efficiency.
  • Organised 3 different testing ranges to test the vehicle’s capabilities and potential and riding techniques as well as 2 open range raid tours.
  • Ensured logistics and activity shift scheduling for 5 groups of 6 journalists on 5 activities simultaneously.

Organise and execute an impactful motorcycle press event for a flagship bike, catering to over 60 specialized journalists from around the world including press pack, action shots and P2C content.

outcome:

The combination of spectacular desert roads at the Valley of Fire State Park and the thrill of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway delivered an exceptional showcase of the Z H2’s capabilities. The event generated widespread international media coverage and provided premium photo and video content that elevated the brand’s presence worldwide.

  • Designed a concept highlighting the bike’s performance and features, with key dynamic sessions taking place at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
  • Operated within budget, negotiated deals, and managed guest logistics (hotels, transfers, meals).
  • Planned a secure route with permits at the Valley of Fire State Park including police support, and optimal conditions for media production.
  • Coordinated all teams and created professional branding materials.

GSX-S 1000GX Global press introduction & dealer's test ride

approach:

Organise and coordinate a press ride for 48 international journalists from 15 countries followed by a German dealer’s test ride, showcasing Suzuki’s new core product key features, and supplied a team of 6 professional Guide Riders as well as photo & video teams.

outcome:

The event delivered a seamless experience, generating extensive media coverage and helping to strengthen Suzuki’s position in the market.

  • Evaluated two proposed locations and sourced hotels, meeting logistical and quality needs.
  • With 3 groups on road, we planned two secure, feature-focused routes with permits for filming, and ambulance support including the coordination of several simultaneous photo locations with a highly complex scheduling.
  • Coordinated guest logistics (hotels, transfers, meals) and managed photo, video, and guide rider teams.
  • Operated within budget, negotiating optimal deals with providers.
