To organise the 15th ceremony of the Minotauro Award Ceremony – a talent recognition among Spanish speaking SciFi & fantasy literature writers – under COVID-19 safety requirements.
What we did
- Venue sourcing according to event needs, booking and liaison before, during and after the event.
- Guest management including guest relations.
- Branding & graphic design.
- On-site team
- Budget control & accounting
- Design and enforce COVID-19 protocols along with the venue and the client and according to the most recent Government updates.
